Target Outcomes
Every school and every community in which a school is located has a pool of uniquely talented school alumni and other professionals from diverse fields and experiences. Unlike the teachers who may be too busy covering the syllabus and often too familiar with the learners, the mentors will bring a novel ad enriching experience in the mentoring scene. We expect that 50%+ of the learners to receive a structured mentorship and have access to a mentor for at least a full school year in their school life. Guide project will also leverage the spread of the internet and mobile phones in creating safe portals where the learners can access their mentors anywhere at any time.
